Eligibility Criteria
Pass in LLB or 5 Year Integrated Law course with 50% or more marks in aggregate. Preference shall be given to the law graduates with experience of 3 years or more

Note: Percentage Marks refer to the Marks /equivalent CGPA obtained in UG Law Degree program , i.e. LLB

The calculation of percentage marks or equivalent CGPA shall be as under:
1. If the undergraduate degree is 5 year Integrated program, then cumulative percentage of 5 years shall be calculated;
2. If the undergraduate degree is 3 years Law Program, then the cumulative percentage of 3 years shall be calculated.

 

Program Structure LL.M. (1 Year)

  1. Foundation/Compulsory Papers (3 papers of three credits each) (45 Class hours per subject)
  2. Optional/Specialization Papers (6 papers of two credits each) (30 Class hours per subject)
  3. Dissertation (three credits)
