The curriculum is designed taking into account the most modern student-centred adult learning pedagogy. The career journey of the students is tracked right from early semesters through an initiative called advancement program, where the students’ interest and career roadmap are assessed and the training interventions are customised accordingly, be it placements, international education, competitive exams etc.
Students, who are unsure of their choice, are met in person by a team of expert career counsellors to map their career journey.
Placement Preparatory and Company Specific Crash Courses are conducted at regular intervals to ensure that the students of final year are all set to ace the placement drives. Through mock interviews, students are given in-depth training on different aspects of the interview, like the correct resume format, impactful self-introductions, appropriate grooming attire for an interview etc.
Company Specific Employability Guide is shared regularly before every placement drive.
Employability Enhancement through Assessment Partnership AMCAT (SHL) is done to evaluate job readiness and performance potentials of the students.
