Various ‘Centers of Excellence’ have been developed in collaboration with Industry, such as: Solar Energy Applications, Atmospheric and environmental sciences, Clean Water Technology, Green Chemistry, Corrosion Science, Communication Technology, Integrated System Design, Soft Computing, Business Process Modeling and Machine Learning. Office of Dean Research propels and promotes research within various faculties of Manav Rachna University by providing necessary support for designing and creating new products and conducting experiments, providing advanced training to its faculty members in specialized fields. The Research Integrated UG Program further enhances research acumen in undergraduate students, under mentorship of faculty members generating research papers in Conferences and journals of high repute.

Committed to the vision of our Founder Dr. O.P. Bhalla, MRU has been actively involved in promoting research endeavors and nurturing startups to foster entrepreneurship among its students and faculty over the years. Students are provided with opportunities to collaborate with faculty members, participate in research projects, and develop innovative solutions leading to their Startups.

The University envisions developing Sustainable Development as a thrust area of Research and Innovation. The research training provided to our graduate students creates the next generation of leaders well-prepared to advance knowledge and transfer of technology. Several Live Projects are being given by Industry to the UG students to work on and to come out with innovative solutions. Any new Knowledge created by the Students and Faculty through their research and innovation is disseminated through publishing of books, research papers in the reputed Journals and filing of Patents. The dedication and hard work of the faculty and students is acknowledged in terms of awards & recognition they receive at different forums. An entrepreneurial skill is given its due importance and the University has established its Business incubation Centre.
We continually seek feedback from all our stakeholders, analyze it and take actions wherever required. We are conscious of the need to adopt various measures for quality assurance and have taken suitable measures in that direction. Students at Manav Rachna have achieved many accomplishments in the area of sports, arts, cultural activities along with technical domains like IEEE, Hackathons etc. Recognizing accomplishments across various domains encourages a well-rounded education that goes beyond academics and motivates students to explore their passions and talents beyond the traditional curriculum.

The university introduced a Green Procurement Policy, ensuring sustainable sourcing practices for goods and services. A comprehensive recycling program was initiated, promoting waste reduction and recycling practices throughout the campus.

We are actively engaged with the local community through awareness campaigns, workshops, and seminars on sustainable living practices. The university organized events, such as tree plantation drives and clean-up campaigns, to promote environmental stewardship. We have collaborated with local NGOs and government bodies to support community development initiatives related to education, health, and environmental conservation. Our university has established student-led sustainability clubs to raise awareness and drive sustainable initiatives on campus. The university provided internships and volunteering opportunities in sustainability-related organizations to enhance students' practical understanding.
