At the School of Law, Manav Rachna University (MRU), we understand the transdisciplinary application of legal knowledge by offering practice-driven and application based clinical legal education. We at the School of Law provide students with up-to-date theoretical and practical education and skills centric empirical training. With the training under School of Law, the students get a comprehensive understanding of the practical aspects of legal practice in diverse areas.

Established in 2017, the School of Law is a constituent department of Manav Rachna University (MRU). It offers a Bar Council of India (BCI) approved 5 years integrated honours law program and 3 years LLB program at the undergraduate level. LL.M and PhD Programs, duly approved by the UGC and Govt. of Haryana, are offered at post graduate and doctorate levels, respectively.

Students are offered a choice of electives and specializations in diverse subjects, including Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Arbitration, Constitutional Law and IPR.

Practical hands-on experience and experiential learning of students is emphasized through consistent focus on moot court activities and competitions, quality internships, legal aid clinics, camps and visits to institutions of legal significance as part of clinical legal education pedagogy.

Advisory Council headed by Hon’ble Former Chief Justice Uday Umesh Lalit, the Supreme Court of India and former High Court Judges, Senior Advocates and Bureaucrats as members of the Advisory Council
Faculty from top notch institutions such as NLUs, JNU and foreign Universities and guest lectures and non-credit courses by various eminent personalities in the legal fraternity
Experiential Learning ‘Learning by Doing'
Various Centres of Excellence and Research Groups have been formed such as Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR), Centre for Legislative Studies and Research (CLSR), and Law and Forensics Research Group etc.
Law Career Proficiency Cell (LCPC) to assist students with preparation for various competitive exams
Strong linkages with industry, corporates, law firms, senior advocates of the various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India, and regulatory bodies to facilitate internships and placements
Moot Court Committee to help students understand the nuances of mooting right from the first year
Students participation in International and National Moot Court Competitions, Client Counselling and Mediation Competitions, Judgment Writings, International and National Conferences and Seminars etc.
