Clans

In Manav Rachna University, Clan is a program or initiative that aims to provide students with opportunities to develop practical skills in communication, planning, project management, and organizational management through structured partnerships with teachers and university management.

There are 4 Clans namely

Water Sharks

Air Falcons

Wild Cats

Forest Rhinos

They refer to groups of students who work together on projects like village visits, Debates, Group Discussions, theatre etc and engage in healthy rivalries with other student groups to set performance benchmarks and develop competitive skills.

The goal of the program is to prepare students for the professional world and to build their confidence and ability to manage large projects successfully.

Overall, it focuses on providing students with practical, hands-on experience that will help them develop important skills and competencies that they can use in their future careers. With the Clans, we intend to implement all of this efficiently whilst involving a larger number of students.
