Rudranand Sahu a student of VI semester ECE has invented the following

Modular Battery
Low-power VLSI Design for battery powered devices: The circuit consumes less power and is suitable for battery-powered devices.
FPGA-based Image Processing: The system can perform tasks, such as edge detection and image filtering, in real-time.
FPGA-based Speech Recognition: The speech recognition system using FPGA can recognize various voice commands and perform actions based on them.

Incubation

The students of ECE have initiated two start-ups.

Vikas Baisoya and Sarthak Negi

received a Prototype development grant worth Rs 2.5 lacs from MR NewGen IEDC for their Startup, INNOMINATE. Innominate is an online Skill based education platform that provides skill based education services in varied sectors like fashion, beauty , music, dance, cooking, business, finance, stock trading to name a few.

Aishvarj Gupta

Aishvarj Gupta has started his own startup company Welabs. Welabs is a startup founded by Aishvarj, specializing in developing decentralized applications (dApps) using blockchain technology. One of their main focuses is exploring the potential of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in various industries, including art, gaming, and sports.
