Nutrition and Dietetics covers basic aspects of nutrients, food science, nutrition, nutritional biochemistry concerns in various stages of life cycle, food safety, food security as well as open a vast understanding of the current spectrum of malnutrition. This course aims to develop a holistic and multidimensional understanding of the various topics.
B.Sc Food Science & Technology covers basic aspects of food science, food processing, and food preservation, food microbiology concerns in various stages of life cycle, food safety, and food security.
The Master’s Degree comprises of relevant subjects of the field as per the norms and guidelines so as to develop and tinker the minds of its partisans. Students opting for this stream can branch out into four streams viz. Clinical Nutrition, Food Science and Technology, Sports Nutrition and Public Health Nutrition.
