Career Development Centre (CDC) is the training arm of Manav Rachna University, with a vision of nurturing young minds of today into humanistic and futuristic global citizens.

Team CDC comprises highly skilled, motivated, and experienced industry leaders who are committed to helping students in the process of their career enhancement.

Team CDC has a very robust approach to achieving its vision. The learning interventions start right from Day 1 of students’ journey on campus. CDC has major BIG-4 CDC interventions with the acronym of VAST.

A VAST is embedded in the semester training through a pre-defined curriculum, which is delivered across all the faculties of Manav Rachna University.

The curriculum is designed taking into account the most modern student-centered adult learning pedagogy and industry-specific requirements.

The career journey of the students is tracked right from early semesters through an initiative called an advancement program, where the student’s interests and career roadmap are assessed and the training interventions are customized accordingly, be it placements, international education, competitive exams, etc.

Students, who are unsure of their choice, are met in person by a team of expert career counselors to map their career journey.
