The School of Education and Humanities (SoEH) continuously promotes initiatives for new pedagogical ideas and practices by implementing a multidisciplinary approach in curriculum designing.

In view of the 21st-century competencies, SoEH initiates project-based learning, flipped classroom, multidisciplinary projects, and experiential learning that help students to gain practical skills and prepare them for their future careers.Using latest interventions such as collaborative learning, cooperative learning, and constructivist learning approach for the holistic development of the students, SoEH integrates traditional pedagogies with educational technology.

It allows pre-service teachers to learn and master technology-driven teaching skills like blended learning, immersive learning, and ICT-enabled learning.

SoEH also advocates university exchange programs with leading international collaborations to promote global educational practices. Through a variety of training programmes and job placement possibilities, it maintains an equal focus on theoretical understanding and application-based learning. The curriculum strongly emphasizes professional development, and the programme includes practice in leadership, communication, and interviewing skills. The responsibility of SoEH extends beyond the classrooms towards a larger good. In addition to producing outstanding professionals, the school makes rigorous efforts to chisel fine citizens towards national development. To accomplish this, the School offers Value Added Courses tete-a-tete in addition to the regular curriculum. Students are encouraged and guided by their mentors to work on social causes as part of the Institutional Social Responsibility. SoEH thoroughly advocates sensitizing student teachers towards social problems and developing empathy towards the marginalized sections of the society.
