Through a variety of training programmes and job placement possibilities, it maintains an equal focus on theoretical understanding and application-based learning. The curriculum strongly emphasizes professional development, and the programme includes practice in leadership, communication, and interviewing skills. The responsibility of SoEH extends beyond the classrooms towards a larger good. In addition to producing outstanding professionals, the school makes rigorous efforts to chisel fine citizens towards national development. To accomplish this, the School offers Value Added Courses tete-a-tete in addition to the regular curriculum. Students are encouraged and guided by their mentors to work on social causes as part of the Institutional Social Responsibility. SoEH thoroughly advocates sensitizing student teachers towards social problems and developing empathy towards the marginalized sections of the society.
