Support for Research

• We provides a huge range of support for research staff, ranging from help finding funding, to career advice, guidance.
• To stimulate faculty innovation and support their research and scholarship, the dept administers a wide range of challenge programs and seed funds that are available on a competitive basis from a variety of institutional sources. Support is available for multi-disciplinary and inter-school projects, curriculum development, research, entrepreneurship, and the development of "mega grant proposals"; a number of funds are additionally reserved for the support of junior faculty.
