Learning and development plays a pivotal role in shaping up the career goals of prospective candidates. The key differentiator is not to find just a job but a suitable career and excel in the professional world.

In order to bridge the gaps between the industry and academia and ensure good placements, ECE department, imparts trainings to the students to enhance employability. Learning and development programs are designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and capabilities of students to improve employability.

To enhance the skills for various competitive exams are also the part of this program. So to keep all these things in mind, several activities have been included in this program like: How to Improve communication skills, Mock Interviews, Resume writing, Soft skill development, Technical classes, Workshops, Alumni talk, Guest lectures and Industrial Visits are planned.
