The in of human performance includes studying physical fitness parameters, factors influencing physical performance of an individual of any age like sleep, exercise training and conditioning.
Biomechanics is distinctive in its focus on a broad biomechanical spectrum of human performance, including but not limited to technique, skill acquisition, training, strength and conditioning, exercise, coaching, teaching, equipment, modelling and simulation, measurement, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
In current edge cutting technology era, all components of human performance should be studied in depth with the help of technology.
In can help in better understanding of current levels of human performance, influencing factors etc. It will be beneficial for the stake holders to plan strategies for injury prevention.
