Audio Visual studio

Audio Visual studio was conceived under the expert guidance of senior media professionals.. The Television Studio consists of a three-camera setup and a state-of-the-art production control room (PCR). The production control room at the Television studio is well accommodated with a Vision Mixer to handle a three-camera feed, an Apple Mac for editing. Apart from this, the TV studio includes a teleprompter to help students anchor news bulletins, various types of lights and modern cameras for still photography.

Radio Manav Rachna

We have our own Community Radio station, Radio Manav Rachna with a range of 5km radius. Radio studio is acoustically designed to provide students with a platform for radio production, which includes a recording room and a control room. Students are trained to perform various tasks like Recording, Mixing, and Monitoring by using a Multi-Channel Mixing Console, Speakers, Talkback, and Audacity recording software.

Computer Labs

The infrastructure of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication consists of High-tech laboratories with the latest software used by Media organisations. Adobe Creative Suite is installed in all the computer systems which include Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkExpress, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. etc The advanced IT support helps students to learn more effectively by gaining hands-on experience in the field through practice-based learning.
