Scholarly Strengths

The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication provides an in house resource centre for the research scholars in the form of a department library.

There is a separate room for the scholars and they are encouraged to sit in that room and work on their thesis without any disturbance. PhD scholars are very much part of the departmental activities like national and international conferences, symposiums and festivals. They are also encouraged to actively present their research in these conferences and conclaves.
