As School of Leadership and Management, we feel responsible and share a comfortable rapport with the students while they participate in class activities and later when they contribute as alumni of the department. Experienced faculty members with rich experience in academics, research and industry contribute in a class by bringing real-life experiences for the benefit of the students. We follow pedagogy for disseminating the knowledge and create activity based learning environments to develop academic as well as social skills expected from a manager. As we have a Business Lab we make our participants practice real life situations with the help of case studies, role plays, management games, presentations etc.

The curriculum is designed by the industry veterans to bridge the industry-academia gap. Our faculty regularly keeps updating curriculum with references and relevance to the industry. Our Board of Studies had been able to attract the best of the inputs from the industry to keep abreast with the latest demands of the industry. Industry integration is a continuous and constant process.
