Research Development Cell is an initiative to develop research in specific functional areas within university. It functions under leadership of Dr. Sarita Sachdeva, ED and Dean, Research and Development, MRIIRS. Research Development Cell – Leadership and Business Excellence is dedicated to encourage research in area of business, management and commerce. The School of Leadership and Management functions is mapped under this cell.
