Ms. Yamini Atreya

Brief Profile

Ms. Yamini Atreya is an Assistant Professor at School of Law, Manav Rachna University, Ms. Yamini has secured her B.B.A. LL.B. from Faculty of Law, Mody University and Master of Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur, and is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Trade Secret Laws from the Department of Law at the University of Rajasthan. She has an experience of 4 years in academics. She is also a Faculty Associate at Lawctopus Law School and Legal Co-Ordinator with Alexis Group, Lucknow - India’s leading federation of youth organizations.

Ms. Atreya has presented and published numerous research papers at various seminars and conferences of national and international level, and has authored a book on Cyber Laws. Ms. Yamini Atreya is actively working towards creating awareness on important legal issues in close association with various NGOs. She has been felicitated as a 'Key Note Speaker' in various National Workshops and is an Editorial Board Member at E-Judiciary, Rajasthan, and Legally Rooted India, Indore. Additionally, she is writing articles and reviewing books and novels as an Author for Thebookie.in. Ms. Yamini Atreya is also the founder of LexZilla organization, which is a legal module where the team conducts seminars, workshops, and conferences.
