Dr. Superna Venaik is Associate Professor at School of Law, Manav Rachna University, Faridabad. She is an accomplished professional with a passion of legal education and academic excellence. Since 2010, she has held the esteemed position of faculty of law, where she has made significant contributions in the field of law and shaped the minds of aspiring legal professionals. She holds a Ph.D. Degree in Law, where the research revolved around “Ecotourism & Sustainable Development: Conflict between Developing Economic & Social Goals” from Mewar University, Chhitorgarh, Rajasthan which has provided with a strong foundation in theory, research and practice. Dr. Venaik has done Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Human Rights from Indian Institute of Human Rights, New Delhi and Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism & Environmental Law from World Wide Federation, New Delhi. She has done MBA (HR) from Sikkim Manipal University (Distance Learning).

She has devised unique study material on Cyber Law, Civil Procedure Code both published by Mewar Institute, Ghaziabad. She has taught wide range of subjects like Code of Civil Procedure, Drafting, Pleading & Conveyancing, Environmental Laws, Labour Laws, Legal Research Methodology etc. to the undergraduates and post graduates. She has even taught the Professional Ethics subject to DGR Sponsored Para Legal Forces Progamme (Sponsored by Ministry of Defence). To her credit, she has presented various papers in International Conferences, National Conferences, Seminars. She has been a speaker in FDPs. She has judged numerous National Moot Court Competitions and thrice Jessup International Moot Court Competition. She has been an editor for three books- Samvaad..Deliberations on Gender Equality and Gender Trends: Enroute Millennials, Her-i-zons on Earth- Fostering Women’s Sustainability -all published by Satyam Law International publisher.
