Brief Profile

Ms. Simran Singh has been associated with Manav Rachna Educational Institution since 2021. Before joining academics, she worked as a trademark attorney where she was involved in client counselling, trademark filing and other procedures for well-known brands like Portronics, Baidyanath, etc. She also assisted Advocate Raj Singh Niranjan in completing his second version of "The Energy Laws in India". She completed B.Com. LL.B .(H.) from Amity Law School, Noida and Post Graduation from Queen Mary University of London with a Distinction. Her specialisation during both the degrees was Intellectual Property Laws. Currently her area of interest is commercialisation of IPR and Cyber Laws.
