Dr. Shweta Goel

Brief Profile

Dr. Shweta Goel is currently working as an Associate Professor with School of Management & Commerce, Manav Rachna University, Faridabad. With an experience of over 16 years of academics in management discipline, she has done her doctoral research in the area of behavioral finance, from School of Management, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida. Her teaching interests are Financial Accounting, Financial management, Management Accounting, Financial Modeling and Research Methodology.

Furthermore, Dr. Goel has proven her commitment to nurturing the next generation of scholars by successfully mentoring Ph.D. scholars. She is currently guiding and mentoring 6 more research scholars, advancing knowledge and fostering academic growth within the field.

She has taught MBA, PGDM and B.B.A. students. She has published and presented several research papers in various journals and conferences/ seminars. She has also attended FDPs/ MDPs, conferences organized by CII (Confederation of Indian Industries), ASSOCHAM, GHRDC, RBI and QCI (Quality Council of India).
