Dr. Shaharyar Asaf Khan is an Associate Professor in School of Law Manav Rachna University. Dr. Shaharyar has more than 11 years of teaching experience. He has his PhD and LLM from Jamia Millia Islamia and LLB from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He has presented papers in various International and National Conferences and Seminars. Dr. Shaharyar has around dozen paper publications in various UGC care listed and peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Shaharyar has also many book chapters and also an edited book (SCOPUS listed) to his credit. He has been invited to various lectures, as a Judge for various co-curricular activities, symposiums etc and has also convened various seminars, moot court competitions, corporate conclaves etc.
