Brief Profile

Dr.Kiran Gupta is currently working as an Associate Professor in School of Education and Humanities at Manav Rachna University in Faridabad. She has done Masters in English from Punjab University Chandigarh and Masters in Education from Pune University, Maharashtra. She qualified her NET in Education in the year 2005 and Ph.D. in Education from GGSIP University in 2009. She has been associated with the field of Teaching and Education for the past 22 years.Being an Army Officer’s wife, she had the opportunity to travel to various parts of the country. Her wide and varied exposure to various teaching institutes in India and abroad gave her ample opportunities to train the budding teachers in the best possible manner. She has published a number of Research papers ,articles and written a unit for the IGNOU course work too.She has been supervising Research Scholars both at the Masters(M.Ed) as well as the Doctorate level since 2012. Besides her professional work, Dr Kiran Gupta loves to cook, write short stories, counsel adolescents on their personal and career-related problems and read and her all time favorites being : “ The Princess Remembers: Memoirs of the Maharani of Jaipur and “Autobiography of a Yogi”.
