Dr. Kaveri Sharma

Brief Profile

Dr. Kaveri Sharma, Associate Professor, School of Law at Manav Rachna University has got a teaching experience of more than 10 years. She has done Ph.D. from MD University, Rohtak. She has written and presented 10 research papers which have been published in National and International Journals.

She has done diploma courses in Intellectual Property Rights and Cyber Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and on ‘Cyber Crime- prosecution and Defence’ from Asian School of Cyber Laws. Dr. Sharma specializes in Criminal Laws and since 2011, she has taught a wide range of subjects like Indian Penal Code, Family Laws, Law of Evidence, including the upcoming laws on surrogacy, cloning etc. to under graduate and post graduate students. Out of 6 of her Ph.D. scholars, two have been awarded their doctorate degrees.

She has supervised more than 50 LLM students.She has organised various International and National Conferences, Seminars. She has also judged National level Moot Court Competitions organized by different Universities.
