Dr. Ghazala Abidin, Associate Professor, School of Law at Manav Rachna University has got 12 years of experience in the field of law. She has done her BA LLB (H) and LLM from Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She is LLM Gold Medalist, qualified UGC NET and has been a recipient of merit scholarships at the graduation and post graduation level. She holds a Ph.D. in law from University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, where her thesis focused on “A Critical Analysis of Taxation of Digital Economy: Pushing Fiscal Boundaries towards Unified Approach”. She has done diploma course in Corporate Laws and Management from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. Dr. Abidin specializes in Corporate Law and Tax Law. She has taught a wide range of subjects like Investment & Competition Law; Labor Law; Environmental Law; Legal Method; International Commercial Law; Drafting, Pleading & Conveyancing; Law of Torts; Principles of Criminal Law; Alternate Dispute Resolution: Theory and Practice etc. She has written and presented several research papers which have been published in renowned legal journals, UGC CARE Listed and peer reviewed; and contributed to various conferences, showcasing her expertise and commitment to advancing legal discourse.
