Dr. Aaratrika Pandey

Brief Profile

Dr. Aaratrika Pandey, is currently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Law, Manav Rachna University. She has done her Ph.D. from National Law University, Odisha on Law and Gender studies. She holds an LL.M. degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in Access to Justice and a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) degree from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. She has been involved in teaching various interdisciplinary subjects in her career. She has also worked as an Field Officer with the Office of the special IG (Prison), Mumbai. She has participated in numerous seminars, conferences, workshops, judged moot courts, presented and published research papers in various conferences. Her keen areas of research are Jurisprudence, Human Rights Law, Constitutional Law, Public Health Law, Environment Law, Gender Studies and Restorative Justice.
