MOU with Mitsubishi Electric India (MEI) since 2013

Mitsubishi Factory Automation Lab in collaboration with Mitsubishi Electric India to bridge the Industry- Academia gap and provide exposure to students in the Automation sector.

Mitsubishi Electric India has sponsored Factory Automation Lab (since 2016) which is equipped with latest automation products (worth Rs. 65 lakhs) like i-QR training set up, SCADA.
The Robotics Lab has been set up by MEI which is first in any North Indian institute.
Mitsubishi Electric India upgraded Factory Automation Lab as the Authorized Training Centre of MEI.
MRIIRS had also signed MOU with Mitsubishi Semiconductors and set up the Semiconductors Devices lab latest products to provide the platform of research in the field power electronics and drives.
M.Tech Programme in Automation and Robotics in collaboration with MEI.

Mitsubishi Electric India under its Educational activities, is committed to support the academic sector for students’ skill development in automation.
MEI is doing many activities for students viz FA Lab set up, Workshop, Seminars, Training & more.
In continuation to these activities, MEI in collaboration with MRIIRS has taken a new initiative for student internship programs to enhance their skill in the field of automation.
Two students of pre-final year are selected for certified training of 2 years at MEI Gurugram.
Summer internship programmes jointly certified by MRIIRS & MEI are being organized in Factory Automation Lab.
Certified training, FDP & workshops on the latest Automation products by experts from MEI.
