Best Project Award By AICTE Idea Lab

Dr. Richa Adlakha, Assistant Professor, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department was the part of team Agriculture and won the Best Project Award in AICTE Idea Lab 7 Days Advance Faculty Development Programme on Design Thinking organised by Ajay Kumar Garg College of Engineering, Ghaziabad from 24th to 30th May 2023.

The team members were the professor from the team visited the nearby villages and discussed the problems faced by farmers. The major issue was Nilgai attacking farms and Low Water Level.

After the discussion with the experts from industry and FAD lab Pune the team finalised the problem of Nilagai Destroying the farms and designed the prototype “Nilgai Ninja” using IOT which was used to protect the field from the attack of unwanted animals. The porotype was tested in the field and villagers hope that it will give relief to their problem and was adjudged as the BEST PROJECT .
