As an Associate Professor in the Public Policy, I can veritably align my career goals and utilize the experience gained from the top ranked universities in the world, and while working with eminent professionals from institutions like Commonwealth, UNICEF, Wharton, McCombs, Niti Aayog, ISB etc, in providing learning opportunities to the students. The students are well disciplined, punctual, and exhibit an enhanced sense of learning spirit which gives immense satisfaction to pursue a goal-oriented teaching at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS). The Department of Social and Political Studies (DOSPS) offers curriculum aligned with interdisciplinary, experiential learning and provides exposure to international career growth opportunities to the students. It is a privilege to be an integral part of the department and provide valuable inputs in deciding the course of action to be followed in deciding the future roadmap for academic excellence.

The highly academic environment at MRIIRS is an asset in remaining in the foray of the international policy circles and preparing my discussions. The practical application of policy implementation, public policy dynamics in the real-world scenarios, thought-provoking discourses and seminars on critical challenges faced by the nations are imparted to students at DOSPS. As part of the Masters programme the students get the opportunity to prepare their research report and gain experience about working of government agencies, policy think tanks, reputed organizations in the country, and conduct policy evaluations.

The erudite faculty members from different parts of the country have made my experience really memorable in terms of knowledge sharing, developing professional networks and having like-minded friends. I would like to continue my academic journey at MRIIRS!

As an Assistant Professor, it is more than two years of experience and a profound commitment to fostering academic excellence. Working in this dynamic department has been an enriching experience. It is a privilege to teach a diverse set of students, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of social and political issues. I am keen to align my teaching methodologies with the principles outlined in the New Education Policy. Embracing a learner-centric and nature centric approach, I strive to create an inclusive and stimulating academic environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and holistic development. My research interests include Alternative learning, conflict, violence, urban studies and education. I believe in nurturing not only academic excellence but also the overall development of students aligned with nature. I aim to instill a passion for lifelong, self motivated learning and a sense of responsibility towards society through interactive teaching methods, real-world case studies, and open discussions.
