The programme is designed to enable and empower students to acquire knowledge, skills and abilities to analyze and synthesize the contemporary realities pertaining to the domain of business. This course not only provides for maintaining and sustaining existing businesses in the face of violent winds of change and competition but also a desperately needed perspective of sustainable growth.
This programme aims at instilling conceptual understanding to equip students enrolling at one of the best colleges for B Com Hons in Delhi to deal with business realities of today and prepares them to drive and face the challenge of tomorrow. It also exposes the students to the world of technology and digitization in the relevant field as envisaged by the scholars and policymakers. As being mandated by the Government of India, this course is designed to help cultivating entrepreneurial mindset and skills.
School of Commerce at MRIIRS offers higher education program in:

Merit preparation / short listing of candidates shall be on the basis of score in SAT/MRNAT/ Marks in Qualifying Examination.
Pass in 10+2 Examination / Equivalent Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate in 5 subjects including English as compulsory subject along with 4 subjects with the highest score out of the remaining subjects.
(There is a provision for undertaking the courses of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) which is a global professional accounting body.)
A Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) as per the guidelines of the University Grant Commission (UGC).
Some of the recent courses include Brand management, Corporate and social responsibility, Digital marketing, International accounting, Portfolio management and security analysis, Business skills and Marketing of financial services.

Yes, it is possible for a science or humanities stream student to pursue a B.Com (H) course.
No, mathematics is not mandatory for taking admission in B.Com (H).
The minimum eligibility criteria for any B.Com course is to have 50% marks in class 12 board examination from a recognized board of education, such as CBSE, ICSE, State Education Boards or equivalent boards.
Yes, pursuing an MBA degree after graduating from one of the B.Com courses is possible. However, many MBA Colleges in India take admissions to the course based on the scores obtained in one of the MBA entrance exams, viz. CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT, ATMA, etc.
Over the years, it has been a trend to see CA aspirants pursue B.Com (H) while also attempting to clear CA exams as well. In India, it is also possible to pursue CA or Chartered Accountancy after completing your B.Com (H) course as well. Those who do have a valid bachelor’s or master’s degree will be able to get direct entry to CA.
