Department of CSE organized two days international conference on Advances in Computation, Communication and Information Technology on 23rd -24th November 2023.

Conference aims to provide a forum for high-quality reports on the state-of-the-art Theory, Technology, and Applications of advanced fields of computing as used in measurement, automation, and scientific research, in industry and business.

Department of Mechanical Engineering (MED), FET, MRIIRS organized a National Symposium on “INTEGRATION OF RESEARCH ACADEMIA AND INDUSTRIAL PRACTICES TOWARDS MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE” on 25 th day of February 2020.

  • Students bagged 1st position in three different categories for the project “Solar Dryer”in Anveshan 2023 conducted by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) under the guidance of Mr. Vinay, Assistant Professor, Mechanical Engineering.
  • Microsoft announced Manav Rachna Team Caeli from India as the second position holder of the 17th Microsoft Imagine Cup World Finals, after a high-strung finale from participants across the globe. They have won the second position and an opportunity to meet legendary Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and whopping prize money of 40,000 USD in the World Finale.

  • Students got an opportunity for internship with Maruti, Honda, Sonalika Tractors, TATA steel, JBM, Jtekt India’s Ltd., Bharat Seats and many other reputed companies.
  • Students team participated in racing competition held at Chennai and won first prize in innovation category- SUPRA SAE
  • Students participated in the Formula Student Germany-2014 Championship held at Hockenheimring, Germany.

Sonakshi & Sujal from Batch 2019 , B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering(Cyber Security and Forensics) won Xpress Prodigy Award and won an amount of 1 Lakh Rupees.

Pranav Agarwal from Batch 2019, Btech Computer Science and Engineering(Cyber Security and Forensics) won American Express CodeStreet'21 Hackathon and won 75000Rs and 6 Months Internship opportunity at American Express.

  • Project “Pulse” also bagged the “BEST SOCIAL INNOVATION AWARD” by JUincubator, BENGALURU. Pulse is an early detection tool for heart diseases and abnormalities developed by a team comprising Bharat Sundal (CSE, MRIIRS), Aakash Bhadana (CSE, MRIIRS), Ishlok Vashisht (ECE, MRIIRS) and Dipesh Narwat (CSE, MRIIRS).
  • Project VET wins the “Jury Choice Award” at Accenture Innovation Jockey.

Paresh won First Rank in GDSC Flutter Festival Hackathon. He also got Judges Prize in Innoskill under Automation/ Developing APP.


Varun Mishra and Josemon Baby won second prize in National Convention: Research and Innovation in Science and Engineering organized by University of Petroleum and Energy studies, Dehradun on 26th April 2019.
