About CDC

Career Development Centre (CDC) is the inclusive learning and development division of the Manav Rachna Educational Institutions, with a vision of nurturing young minds of today into global citizens.

CDC has two arms - Career Skills & Career Advancement.Career Skills Team encompasses highly skilled, motivated, and experienced academic & industry leaders. Career Advancement Team consists of certified and seasoned career counselors and student success managers. Both teams are committed to assisting students across Manav Rachna Schools and Universities in augmenting their competencies thereby bolstering their careers.

CDC’s mandate is “To offer comprehensive career development services to our onboarded students for safeguarding their future career and get placed with top companies and universities of the world.”

Career Skills follows a robust approach wherein the learning interventions start right from Day 1 of students’ journey on the campus. It functions through four major interventions viz. VAST, and equips students with cognitive acumen and technical proficiency during their sojourn:

VAST is embedded in the semester training through a pre-defined curriculum, which is delivered across all the university departments through various innovative pedagogical approaches.

Career Advancement has a sustainable guidance ecosystem through which it nurtures the growth of students, resolves confusion, and provides hand-holding to navigate the intricate career maze.

It is equipped with an EdTech platform for psychometric testing to help students discover themselves and identify strengths and areas of improvement. The interventions are customized accordingly, be it placements, international education, competitive exams, etc.
