He possesses a wealth of culinary expertise and innovation under his sleeves. He has also worked for At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy, a prestigious college and No. 1 college in all Asia in Singapore

He not only holds a formal qualification in Culinary from PUSA but also a Master degree in IGNOU, India. He has worked with chefs from around the world in Singapore, Bahrain and Kuwait and developed a distinctive style of East and West cooking that combines traditional flavours with a modern style of presentation.

He has received a lot of appreciations and rewards in his professional career. He has worked with several 5-star luxury hotel chains like, The Hyatt Group and Hotel Imperial.

He has been trained in Singapore Airlines, one of the most-admired companies in Singapore, for the quality of its services. He uses his knowledge and exposure to his most creative advantage.
