Dr. Utpala Das Saxena is an academician by passion.Right from her childhood, she aspired to be teacher and worked hard for her dream career. She has over 12 years of teaching experience in various educational set ups. She has served to the needs of quality education in Mumbai with various Engineering and Management colleges. She has done her Ph.D in Management from Nagpur university and her post graduation in HR management and in English Literature from Ranchi University, Jharkhand.

Dr. Utpala is an expert in Business Communication. She has trained learners from corporate, educational institutions and participants of various beauty pageants in Mumbai.She has also published several research papers of national and international repute and a book on business Communication, named Communication Skills for Budding Managers.
