Brief Profile

Urvashi Rahul Saxena, an Enthusiastic Academician with more than 18 years of Academic Experience. She possesses excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. She has mentored numerous students and guided several Projects at graduate and Postgraduate level during my academic tenure. She has several publications in Journals and Conference of repute added to my credentials. She demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills and have the ability to counsel students and build a strong network amongst the employers and the staff. She possesses great administrative skills, during her work tenure.

She has actively been involved in manifesting policies to enhance outcome-based education that emphasize greatly on developing new hierarchical structures to improvise the Teaching and Learning process. During her work tenure, she coordinated NBA activities and was the chief-incharge of Criteria-3 (Course Outcomes and Program Outcomes). She has also been the Chief Editor for the Departmental Newsletter in the Department of CSE at JSSATE, Noida. She is currently working at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies in the Department of CSE as an Assistant Professor - Senior Grade.
