Brief Profile
She is a Professor in the area of Behaviour Science, Human Resource with rich teaching and research experience. She has to her credit 30 National and International conference papers, 45 published research papers and cases in both National and International Journals.She has 3 books to her credit. One of her major books which is a recent publication is “Examining the Intersection of Circular Economy, Forestry, and International Trade”, published by IGI Global.
Working as part of Higher Education Institution's Accreditation Team, She has developed interests in the area of Designing Curriculum, student learning outcome, Designing Rubrics and outcome assessments in Higher education. As a part of her learning, the designed Rubrics of Behavioural Sciences have been copyrighted.
She has conducted a major research project titled "Determinants of Indigenous Leadership: Creating Typologies for women leadership in India" sponsored by National Commission for Women, New Delhi.
As an accomplished performer in strategic and leadership roles, some of her key achievements include: A. Behavioural Science Practitioner Designing and conducting behavioural sciences courses for all student of AUUP. Management of behavioural science department. Imparting soft skills to students allowing them to understand and grasp implications of the same. As a part of the process, recently, revamped the academic curriculum to match industry 4.0 requirements.
