Dr. Swati Punjani

Brief Profile

Dr. Swati Punjani holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University, where she conducted research on “HR Strategies for Recruitment and Retention of Millennials.” With approximately eight years of academic experience, she has also served as Head-HR in her previous organization, blending academic expertise with practical industry insights. She specializes in teaching courses such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, General Management, Organizational Change, Marketing, HR Planning, Training & Development, and Professional Ethics. Her research contributions include publications in Scopus and ABDC-listed journals, along with participation in national and international seminars, conferences, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). She also holds two patents—a South African patent on “A Method for Employee Satisfaction that Reduces Turnover Intention and Enhances Leadership” and a UK patent on “Artificial Intelligence-Based Customer Feedback Device.” Passionate about holistic learning and development, she strongly believes in fostering a student-centric approach that integrates academic knowledge with real-world applications.
