Dr. Surbhi Kapur

Brief Profile

Dr Surbhi Kapur is a senior professor and an academician with extensive experience and significant contributions towards pedagogy, content creation, student development, training and placement, corporate communication and doctoral supervision. Her research delves into the nuanced intersections of diverse areas like education, social science, gender studies, cross-cultural dynamics, organizational behaviour, leadership, management, current communication trends & life skills. She has conducted communication workshops, conclaves as well as managerial development programs for senior and middle level executives and has been involved in the industry-academia interface. 

She has also been an active part of the various Strategic Mentoring Board initiatives at Manav Rachna like the Industry Immersion Programme for faculty members. She has publications in Scopus and high impact journals and has been awarded for the best research paper presentation in international and national conferences. Dr Kapur has coauthored research papers with MBA students to augment their research writing skills and facilitated paper presentation of MBA students at international conferences. She is a PhD and postgraduate in English with specialization in communication and cross cultural studies.
