Brief Profile

With an objective to make Green Buildings instrumental in the journey of achieving holistic sustainability in the built environment, Dr. Bansal has been in the Structural Engineering sector for over 25 years. Balancing an interest in academia and research, her publications have been in the field of Green Building Rating Systems, Analysis and Design of Structures, Concrete Technology, Structural Assessment, Restoration and Rehabilitation of Structures. Aiming to go beyond the confines of conventional Civil Engineering and venture into sustainability and Energy Efficiency, she undertook her doctoral research on the decision making matrices involved in the assessment of existing Green Buildings.
