She is working as a Professor at, the Department of Computer Applications, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Haryana, India. Her qualifications are Ph.D. (Management), MPhil (Management), MBA (HRM), M.Sc. (Mathematics), B.Sc (Non-Medical). and B.Ed. She obtained her doctoral program in (Human Resource Management) from MRIU, Haryana in 2016. She qualified for UGC- NET (Management) in the year 2010. Her area of expertise includes Business Management, Business Analytics, Statistical Techniques and Tools, and Applied Mathematics. She has published 29 research papers in various reputed National and International journals with high-impact factors and presented 15 research papers at conferences of repute. She has penned two books ‘Principles of Management’, Manav Rachna Publishing House, Faridabad, and ‘Stress among BPO Employees, Lambert Academic Publishing House, USA, and Edited one book on “Impact of Artificial Intelligence in Organizational Transformation” with WILEY Publications. She has published many chapters in reputed books (Scopus, Springer, and Wiley publications) as well.
She has published three Indian patents and two International (Australian) patents so far. She is associated with the All India Management Association (AIMA) as a member. She has developed E–Learning course content for the Centre for Online and Distance Education, MRIIRS. She has chaired various sessions in reputed conferences and has delivered Keynote talks. She has conducted and organized many workshops and conferences on the latest multidisciplinary domains. Dr Sonal is currently working on, a funded project. She has been collaborating with various International and National researchers. She is a hardcore researcher in the field of interdisciplinary domains. She is presently guiding Five research scholars.
