Dr. Simran Kaur is presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, School of Commerce, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad (HARYANA). She is a double master's qualified.Her areas of ineterest are Economics, Human Resource Management and Research Methodology.She had achieved medal in the MLSU University for achieving first position in M.Com(Final).Have achieved NPTEL certification in various courses with Elite and Elite+silver.She has got over 25 publications in journals, and conferences of repute listed with reputed indexes.Has reviewed reputed Journal SEAS transactions, CRC Press.She is an editor and a co-author of the books.

She is a very active member of the department and is looking after many co-curricular activities in the department and at the university level including her role as Seed Money Co-coordinator, Ph.D. Coordinator, Mentor of the students, Member of Board of Studies, NAAC Criteria 5 coordinator, Member of the Department Research Committee, Research Advisory Committee, Departmental Project Committee Co-coordinator, , Orientation Coordinator, etc.
