Dr. Sampurna Garai is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology and her area of specialization is Plant Biotechnology and Biochemistry. She has a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from  Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. With several national fellowships and a research experience of over 6 years at ICGEB, New Delhi, she is looking forward to pursue her passion for science and also training young minds in science.
