Brief Profile

Dr.Sadiqa Abbas started her career with an American multinational firm Tetra Tech India Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of TT EM Incs USA), where she served for 5+ years and was responsible for planning, designing and engineering of infrastructure facilities.

Dr. Abbas obtained her M.Tech (Env. Sc & Engg.) with Honors and PhD in Civil Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.

Dr. Abbas has recently worked on a consultancy project on “Solid Waste Management system of Rakhigarhi area” wherein primary data of existing waste management practices was collected by surveying 500+ households and a waste management system was proposed for reducing the negative impact of waste disposal.
