CS Riya Kathuria, Assistant Professor at the School of Commerce, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. She is a Company Secretary by profession and also a founder of R.K. Academy of Commerce. With over 13 years of experience in Academics she specialize in Accountancy, Finance, Business. she is also a visiting Speaker for Financial Literacy Programme for Teachers across 20+ Renowned CBSE Affiliated Schools across NCR. She has conducted 25+ Virtual Programme for Creating Investor Awareness Programme all over India in association with ICICI, NSE, BSE. She has mentored more than 200 students by conducting career counsellings sessions across renowned Schools and Colleges.

She is also a visiting Trainer for Executive Development Training Programmes with Institute of Companies Secretaries of India.She was also awarded Best Participant Award and Best Presentation Award Female on the topic Financial Inclusion in Management Skills Orientation Programme conducted by Institute of Companies Secretaries of India.
