Brief Profile
Dr. Richa Adlakha holds PhD degree in Control of Power Converters using Artificial Intelligent Techniques from Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, India and Masters in Technology in Power System & Electrical Drives from Y.M.CA College of Engineering in the year 2006. She joined Manav Rachna (MRIIRS) Faridabad in Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, FET, in 2012. Previously she had worked in, Apeejay College of Engineering and C.I.T.M ( Now MRIIRS).She has mentored M Tech dissertation and several undergraduates’ projects and presently guiding Research Scholar on Power conditioning in Electric Vehicles.
She has been trained on Factory Automation Products like Programmable Logic Controllers , HMI, Variable Frequency Drives by Mitsubishi Electric India and provides training to the students She has received Young Engineer’s Award for the two consecutive year 2016 and 2017 Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI] for presenting her views in Role of Engineer’s in Nurturing India.Dr Richa also delivered invited lecture in IEI on Battery & Battery Application In Electric Vehicle.
She is working on the project of Waste Water Management, and obtained the seed money for the same from MRIIRS. He has more than 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals & conferences. She also has six published patent to her credit.
