Brief Profile

Dr. Rashmi Singel is an Associate Professor at the School of Leadership and Management, MRIIRS. Since 2004 she has taught many courses to under graduate (UG) and post graduate (PG) students of business administration programme at reputed institutions like K R Mangalam University, DAV Institute of Management, Rai Business School, Entrepreneur Business School and many others in Gurgaon, Delhi and Faridabad. She has been the member of Board of Studies, Academic Council, School Research Committee and her experience includes managing and coordinating courses, taking lectures, conducting seminars, International Conferences, Faculty developing Programme, extension activities, inter university and intra university events industrial collaborations.

She has been teaching courses of finance and accounts such as Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Financial Analytics, Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, , Entrepreneurship, Financial Accounting, Tally Prime, Insurance and Risk Management, Project Planning, Analysis and Management, Management of Financial Services, Principles and practices of Banking and Insurance, Behavioral Finance.

Her research interest are rural entrepreneurship, women empowerment, personal finance, Banking, Women Entrepreneurship, Micro-financing. She has also published several research articles in quality journals indexed in ABDC, Scopus, and SSCI-WoS listed and book chapters with reputed publishers. She has one international and 2 Indian patents to her credit.
