Rahul Joshi is an assistant professor of Journalism and Mass Communication at School of Mass Media & Humanities, MRIIRS (Deemed to be University), Faridabad, Haryana. He has completed his Ph.D (Media studies) from MRIIRS, Faridabad and it was awarded in December 2022. He has done her Masters in Journalism & Mass Communication from GGSIP University. He was a Gold Medalist in MA (MC) in GGSIP University. He has Eleven years of academic and industry experience.
His specializations are in Radio Journalism & Television Production. He has published over 15 research papers in different reputed International & National Journals. Before stepping into academics, he was Anchor cum Assistant producer in various National Hindi and English News Channels like ANI, India News, News X, APN News, News 18 Network and Zee News. He has also been associated with World’s biggest Radio Broadcasting House, All India Radio as a Radio Presenter and Production executive for the 5 consecutive years. His Teaching Journey started with a 27-month stint at the Media school of DME, Noida, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi as Assistant Professor. His areas of research Interest are Radio Production, TV Production, and Digital Media. His teaching expertise also lies in Radio and TV Production.
