Dr. Neeraj Kumari is presently working as a Professor and Deputy Director-Research in School of Dental Sciences, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. She has done a Ph.D. with distinction in Management. She has 13 years of teaching experience. She has published and presented more than 145 research papers in International/National reputed peer-reviewed Journals and Conferences. She holds publications in WoS, ESCI, SCOPUS, EBSCO, and UGC CARE indexed Journals.

She has also authored 11 books with the reputed International publishers. She has experience of serving as an editorial team member to 23 reputed International Journals. She has been granted 3 International Patents and published 2 National Patents. She has delivered talks in the diverse areas: Research Methodology, Holistic Development, Examinations, Universal Human Values, Publications, Patents, Systematic Reviews, Women Empowerment etc. She is certified in “Six Sigma Certification - White Belt” from Six Sigma Certified (S. S.
