Brief Profile

I have 27 years of total experience with 23 years in the field of management education along with 4 years in the product management team with a leading European Life-Sciences company. In the management education domain, I have an extensive experience with leading management institutes in NCR region. Prior to MRIIRS, was associated with NDIM for 13 years with last assignment as Program Director.

I am associated with multiple government bodies in a consulting role for prestigious engagements of strategic importance i.e. talent recruitment, key conferences etc. Currently, I am working Director and Professor for council for doctoral program at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and studies. With 32 publications to my credit along with 11 MOOCS modules developed for Swayam portal. I have been part of organizing international and national conferences.

9 Research scholars have been awarded thesis under my supervision and 7 are pursuing their research work currently. I have a funded resaerch project worth Rs 13.50 Lacs from ICSSR.
