Brief Profile

Dr. Manika is working as an Associate Professor at School of Leadership & Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies. She is UGC-JRF/NET qualified in Management and has done Ph.D. in Finance from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra. She has also done DLT Talent Program from Frankfurt School of Finance (Blockchain Centre), Germany.
She holds 13+ years of work experience in academic, teaching, research, consulting, training, and mentorship at various reputed institutions like IILM New Delhi, Amity University Noida, IIM-Indore, NIT Kurukshetra, Angel Broking Mumbai, Deloitte, Edelweiss Group, Extramarks Pvt. Ltd. before joining MRIIRS in 2023. She has served as a Dean (Phd Program), Area Chair (Finance) & Chief Course Coordinator for more than 10 finance courses at University Level.
Her areas of research and consulting expertise include Behavioural Finance, Sustainable Finance, ESG reporting, AHP, Equity & Derivative markets, DEMATEL, Financial Analytics and Econometrics and has published many research articles in various international & national journals indexed in ABDC-A/SCOPUS/SSCI including Review of Behavioural Finance (Emerald Publishing Ltd), International Journal of Management Practice (Inderscience Publications), Journal of Bank Marketing (Emerald Publishing Ltd.), International Journal of Consumer Studies (Wiley Blackwell), Journal of Behavioural Finance (Taylor and Francis Ltd.), Financial Innovation (Springer), International Journal of Operational Research (Inderscience Publications), etc.
She has also been awarded with ICSSR Research Project grant for the proposed research study titled "Solar Energy& Sustainability: An Empirical Study on Adoption, Impact & Policy Interventions in India". Besides, she is serving as a reviewer of various prestigious international journals and is an active resource person for FDPs, MDPs, and Corporate Training.
