Brief Profile
Dr. Lilesh Gautam is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad. He completed his Ph.D. and M. Tech (Transportation Engineering) from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
Dr. Gautam is serving as a researcher, an academician, and an industry expert in the domain of pavement design, sustainable construction practices including up cycling of wastes, development of building materials and their assessment, and structural analysis and design. He has wide expertise in both analytical and experimental studies, ranging from microstructural behavior of materials to the application and performance of sustainable building products. His research has been published in reputed journal articles and conferences. Dr. Gautam has also been engaged in multidisciplinary and international collaborative research towards developing global sustainable solutions.
He has been the principal investigator of multiple funded consultancy projects related to various Civil Consultancy Works. Dr. Gautam also got empanelled in January 2023, with NHAI for the next five years in the Road Safety Auditor Team. Recently he has become a member of Institute of Engineers India.
